LTR Pharma has executed a definitive Telehealth Distribution Agreement with Shed Holdings LLC, a leading U.S. direct-to-consumer telehealth platform, converting the previously announced binding Term Sheet into a definitive commercial agreement governing the planned U.S. commercialisation of ROXUS®.
The agreement establishes the commercial framework for the planned U.S. commercialisation of ROXUS. Shed will commercialise ROXUS through Mavrox™, its dedicated men’s health platform, as well as its own site, tryshed.com.
Shed brings an established patient acquisition engine, licensed telehealth infrastructure, clinician network and digital marketing capability developed over many years. Through this agreement, LTR Pharma gains access to an established U.S. direct-to-consumer commercial platform without the time and capital required to build its own infrastructure.
Reflecting its confidence in patient demand for ROXUS, Shed has committed to support delivery of not less than 150,000 units during the first 12 months following Commercial Launch. This commercial volume commitment forms part of the agreed performance framework underpinning Shed’s ongoing exclusivity.
Preparatory work is already underway, with ROXUS now featured on the Mavrox platform ahead of Commercial Launch and a patient waitlist established. LTR Pharma and Shed will now focus on completing the remaining implementation activities required to support Commercial Launch.
LTR Pharma Executive Chairman, Lee Rodne, said:
“Executing this definitive agreement with Shed is a major milestone in our US commercialisation strategy, and one we’re genuinely excited about. We’ve now moved from signing a binding Term Sheet to executing a definitive long-form commercial agreement with a partner that has built a highly capable direct-to-consumer telehealth platform. We believe this provides LTR Pharma with a credible, scalable pathway into the U.S. market.
“Shed brings an established telehealth platform, a licensed prescriber network and real patient acquisition expertise, capabilities that would have taken us significant time and investment to build on our own. Combined with ROXUS’s differentiated, rapid-onset profile, we believe this partnership gives US patients a genuinely differentiated treatment option and gives LTR Pharma a credible, scaled pathway into the US market.”
